IHI New Developments

The IHI is pleased to announce the acquisition of its new headquarters, due to the increasing expansion of the business was necessary to increase the capacity of our facilities.

Again the production of our new facilities was in charge of our partners C&S, who created two similar towers, with three floors of glass supported by a metal structure. This building aims to respond to our present needs and future projects, including training for the community.

Besides the functional requirements, the new headquarters was designed to be an architectural icon, capable of attracting visitors because of its design and create an environment that promotes the achievement of business.

Finally, it was created four commercial spaces with the purpose of supporting the Brand of IHI or lease.

A IHI tem o prazer de anunciar a aquisição da sua nova sede, devido ao crescente alargamento da sua área de negócios foi necessário aumentar a capacidade das suas instalações.

Mais uma vez a produção das nossas novas instalações estiveram a cargo dos nossos parceiros C&S, que criaram duas torres similares de três andares totalmente em vidro suportados por uma estrutura metálica, este edifício pretende responder as nossas necessidades presente e futuramente abranger os projectos de formação para a comunidade.

Para além dos requisitos funcionais a nova sede foi pensada para ser um ícone arquitectónico capaz de atrair visitantes pelo seu design e criar um ambiente propicio a concretização de negócios.

Por fim foram criados quatros espaços comercias na mesma linha para suportar a Brand da IHI ou arrendamento.

After one year of activity IHI continue on a L$ 8,889.99 average it will give L$462,279.48 dividends. That will make a profit on the price of IPO of 27%, more profit than many RL financial products, and one of the best on SL.

Adding a variation of IHI quotation of 20% month. We can look on greater profits for investors.

Selling some personal Shares

Dear Shareholders,

In order to get less position in IHI, i will sell some of my
personal shares, in some order.

200,000 – L$0.10
20,000 – L$0.11
2,000 – L$0.12

I will give a % to IHI for a new project, and i will sell more
but higher prices. The next release will be higher than 0.14

At the end of this month will be given a global financial report,
and news from a new activity that is giving good results.
