I am pleased to report that at 6:22 a.m. (GMT) I was informed by the chief executive of Ace, IntLibber Brautigan that the IPO of “Investments of High Income” was the final OK!
Now will be the time to get to work and ensuring the success of sell of the IPO. It will be a milestone interesting, since I believe that IHI is the first company of the Portuguese community to try to be listed on the stock exchange.
The IHI will launch an IPO amounting to 800,000 shares with a fixed amount of L $ 1.00 each. For entry into the stock market is found IHI need to sell at least 400,001 shares in IPO. However, our goal is to sell all IPO in 30 days.
Soon i will post information of the company’s prospectus, and the date and place of celebration of launching IPO.

Tenho o prazer de informar que às 6:22 a.m. (GMT) que fui informado pelo CEO da Ace, IntLibber Brautigan, que o IPO da “Investments of High Income” teve o OK final!
Agora irá ser o tempo de por mãos à obra e garantir o sucesso da venda do IPO. Será um marco interessante, uma vez que julgo que a IHI é a primeira empresa da comunidade Portuguesa a tentar estar cotada em bolsa.
A IHI lançará um IPO (oferta publica de venda) no valor de 800.000 acções com um valor fixo de L$ 1,00 cada. Para a entrada em bolsa se verificar a IHI precisará de vender pelos menos 400.001 acções de IPO. Contudo o nosso objectivo é a venda total do IPO em 30 dias.
Brevemente postarei a informação do prospecto da empresa, bem como a data e local da festa de lançamento de IPO.
