These events related to the fact that many of the investors are on vacation, including members od IHI Direction, led the sales slowdown of the IPO Shares, breaking the strong pace that we had.
Still got an interesting number of shares sold.

These facts wew observed, one of the directors od ACE provided an option that is not available for all companies, the extending of the term of the IPO for 30 days. Of Course we accept soon.

Noting the number of shares sold by IHI, we can say that these 30 days, clearly give the success of the IPO, just-double the pace that we had.

No final de Julho assistimos a acontecimentos fora de normal, nomeadamente o alerta da falha de segurança em todas as ATM do universo SL, o site da Bolsa ACE ter estado em baixo durante vários, etc.
Estes acontecimentos ligados ao facto de grande parte dos investidores estarem de férias, incluindo membros directivos da IHI, levou ao abrandamento do ritmo de vendas de acções no IPO, quebrando o bom ritmo que tínhamos. Mesmo assim obtivemos um número interessante de acções vendidas.

Estes factos foram observados, e um dos membros directivos da ACE disponibilizou uma opção que não está disponível para todas as empresas, o alargamento do prazo do IPO por mais 30 dias. Claro que aceitamos logo.

Verificando o número de acções vendidas pela IHI, podemos afirmar que estes 30 dias, dão claramente o sucesso do IPO, basta dobrar-mos o ritmo que tivemos.
