The IHI is pleased to announce that we have already spent a few days to the minimum amount of shares sold in the IPO to go into trading. The goal was 400,001 and now we are very close to the 500,000 sold.

 

Already communicate to the ACE we want to finish the IPO and spend the listing on the stock exchange.

 

The process is already under way, and that at the moment the ACE is examining the ownership structure of IHI, and the justification of expenses or investments gain in value with the IPO.

 

Hopefully we will soon start listing and work towards our shareholders.

A IHI tem o prazer de anunciar que passou já à alguns dias o valor mínimo de acções vendidas em IPO para entrar em cotação. O objectivo era 400.001 e de momento estamos muito perto das 500.000 vendidas.

 
 

Já comunicamos à ACE que queremos terminar o IPO e passar a cotação em bolsa.

 
 

O processo já está em andamento, sendo que de momento a ACE está a analisar a estrutura accionista da IHI, bem como a justificação de gastos ou investimentos com o valor ganho em IPO.

 
 

Esperamos dentro em breve iniciar cotação e trabalhar em prol dos nossos accionistas.
