As we are reaching the end of another month, IHI is ready to distribute is dividends between the shareholders, as was defined in our goals. Our mission is to increase our business areas and to be able to distribute more profits to our shareholders, because I believe that these are the basic rules of the market, repay part of profits to ours investors. I understand that exists companies that do not manage to do it every month, because the business does not always go well, but I’m clearly against companies that after a year of activity do not give any type of compensation to their shareholders, at the end where is the return of the investment?
At the end of this month, the work at IHI was a little more difficult, since in RL is the end of year, a time more complicated for everyone, however we where abble to achieved some interesting things:
• Launched a competition to stimulate the creativity of the community in which IHI was born, for future use of the winning mark by our company to enter the sl market of trade in goods, another area that we want to make some impact;
• Our site is finally online, with a look adapted to the SL;
• We close some agreements with some Portuguese creators to donate their work to the mark that we are going to launch, and other agreements in respect of reselling products by IHI, which puts the beginning of the mark very well arranged;
Some things we could not finish like we wanted, for reasons of varying order, including:
• The training in financial markets for the Portuguese Community, because markets are a little bit stopped and it’s a complicated month for the persons that help IHI in that tasks, their time in sl it’s limited;
• A comprehensive study of the various stock markets in sl, including companies that are a part of it. However is still a draft, it’s being submitted to the various partners of the study. Since the ultimate goal is that the study becomes a reference to those who want to invest in the sl stock market.
• The beginning of our Luxury Real Estate Project, because of until recently the LL-earth policy in terms of Openspaces was not defined.
In the last month I’ve seen a positive appreciation of IHI, and I hope that will continue because it is a prize for the people who work for the IHI, too see their work recognized. At the same time you are giving a real value to the work made, and your investment. Other interesting findings is that the volume of transactions has increased considerably, making IHI more attractive in terms of investment in a medium term.
Moreover we doubled our number of shareholders which shows the increase of the company’s credibility with investors on the market of ACE. I hope that this in the future continues and double!
The same appeal I made last month I repeat this month, since the earlier call has gave some return! The Investments of High Income is available for partnerships with companies or other entities, as well is available for receiving suggestions for investment.

Estamos a chegar ao fim de mais um mês e a IHI está pronta para distribuir dividendos aos seus accionistas, tal como definimos nos nossos objectivos. A nossa missão é aumentar a nossas áreas de negócio e obter lucros para podermos distribuir aos nossos accionistas, pois defendo que essas são as regras básicas de mercado, retribuir aos investidores parte dos lucros. Compreendo empresas que não o conseguem o fazer todos os meses, pois nem sempre os negócios correm bem, mas sou claramente contra as empresas que num ano de actividade não atribuem qualquer tipo de compensação aos seus accionistas, ao fim ao cabo onde se verifica o retorno do investimento?
Quanto a IHI este mês foi um pouco mais difícil, pois a época de final de ano na RL complica para todos, no entanto conseguimos algumas coisas interessantes:
• Lançamos um concurso para estimular a criatividade da comunidade em que a IHI nasceu, para futuro uso da marca vencedora pela empresa para entrarmos no mercado do comércio de bens no sl, mais uma área que queremos dar cartas;
• Colocamos o site da empresa finalmente online, com um visual adaptado ao SL;
• Fechamos alguns acordos com criadores Portugueses para doarem criações a marca a ser lançada pela IHI, e outros acordos em relação de revenda de produtos pela IHI, o que coloca o inicio da marca em bom andamento;
Algumas coisas não conseguimos concluir como queríamos, por motivos de diversa ordem, nomeadamente:
• As formações em mercados financeiros para a Comunidade Portuguesa, pelo facto dos mercados estarem um pouco parados e por ser um mês complicado a nível de tempo disponível para o SL de muita gente que integra a IHI;
• Um estudo global aos diversos mercados bolsistas presentes no sl, incluindo as empresas de que nele fazem parte. Encontra-se em fase de projecto, estando a ser apresentado a diversos parceiros de estudo. Sendo que o objectivo final é o estudo ser uma referência a quem quiser investir em bolsa sl.
• O inicio do nosso projecto imobiliário de luxo, devido ao facto de até à pouco tempo a politica de terras da LL ao nível dos Openspaces não estar definida.
No último mês assisti a uma valorização positiva da IHI, e espero que assim continue pois é um prémio que dão as pessoas que trabalham para a IHI, verem assim o seu trabalho reconhecido. Ao mesmo tempo estão a dar um valor real ao trabalho efectuado, e ao vosso investimento. Outras das verificações interessantes é que aumentamos consideravelmente o volume de transacções, tornando a IHI cada vez mais apetecível do ponto de vista de investimento a médio prazo. Por outro lado dobramos o nosso número de accionistas o que revela o aumento da credibilidade da empresa perante os investidores presentes no mercado da ACE. Faço votos que tudo isto continue em dobro!
O mesmo apelo que fiz no mês passado faço-o este mês, já que o apelo anterior deu alguns frutos! A Investments of High Income está disponível para parcerias com empresas ou outras entidades, assim como disponível para a recepção de sugestões de investimento.
