DIVIDENDS YIELD

February 26, 2009

The BDVR CEO Hugo made this post on is company forum… and i will quote him here:

Well, if we take the data of the 3 last months (since 25 november recent dividend payment activity) of each company and calculate how many years are needed to earn the 100% of the investment at today price, we have this:

Company // Dividend 3 last month // Dividend Yield (years 100%)

ACE 0L$ 0% (___ years)
BDVR 181000L$ 18,5% (5,4 years)
BNT 0L$ 0% (___ years)
BNTFRE 10000L$ 2,6% (38,4 years)
DWIF* 0L$ 0 % (____ years)
ESN 0L$ 0% (____ years)
FED 30000L$ 6% (16,6 years)
IHI 126689L$ 24,2% (4,1 years)
KAU 650L$ 1,7% (58,8 years)
MAI 23908L$ 15,9% (6,2 years)
MBC 0L$ 0% (___ years)
OIG 51750L$ 5,6% (17,8 years)
PFW 0L$ 0 (___ years)
SLG 18000L$ 12,7% (7,8 years)
SLIB 5932L$ 1,3% (76,9 years)

RANKING BY DIVIDEND YIELD
IHI 24,2%
BDVR 18,5%
MAI 15,9%
SLG 12,7%
FED 6%
OIG 5,6%
BNTFRE 2,6%
KAU 1,7%
SLIB 1,3%

So for dividends aspects think our job is good. And that suports my ideia that IHI price is too low.

1st in volume of shares of all companys in SL (ACE, SLCAPEX, …)
1st on dividends yield [IHI 126689L$ 24,2% (4,1 years)]

Do you really think our price is between 0.10 to 0.14?

The most traded SL Company in February

February 23, 2009

I receive today one curious data from an IHI Shareholder. IHI is the most traded Company this month from all listed on the major’s stock markets in SL.

You can check the graphic – http://translate.google.com/translate?u=http://flamenco.main.jp/shivha/Volume_History_each.htm&ie=UTF8&sl=auto&tl=en

HI’s monthly volume was 107,107 in Jan, but this month is 4,016,781 already!

Thank you to all Shareholders. Now we must continue the good work, getting more shareholders, and new business.

Many shareholders make a big company, and with the list growing I sell more of my shares to get more democratic stakeholders.

Thank you and remember you are the ones making IHI a success!

Best Regards

UPDATE!

February 22, 2009

Dear shareholders and investors,

IHI cotation seems out of problems for now, great stability, and fantastic volume.

2,756,016 shares in one week gets our company as one of the most liquid of the market.

I just want to tell you, that without you, our shareholders, this couldn’t happen. Good answer to the trouble times we had a few days ago.

I had I big reaction, and a public one… but I think it work out for the best of IHI.

IHI assets are not as they were in the end of 2008. Our fund of re-investment was used for killing our BNT investment losses and to some of the dividends we have paid. Our social fund was uses to get more investors of Portugal to become IHI shareholders, and it work in a good way.

A part of our assets are in Euros (€) and L$ are more connected with USD cotation, so in this day this assets are 25% lower, because of EURO vs USD. But don’t get too worried Europe Central Bank is taking some actions to Euro, to stop is downsizing face dollar.

One of the options I am looking at the moment is do get other forms of capitalization of this assets in Euro. I am still studding some ideas, get some % in real goods trading, get some back to USD, get some out of RL investment and invest in SL, our others.

The other is simple to way for Euro better days in relation to USD.

I am negotiating with some Portuguese investors some new business activities in SL is 50% of profit to IHI. Let’s see if I can deliver more good news in the future.

Our dividend policy is to continue, I prefer giving out little but every month, I now is difficult to be a company with dividends every month of the year but I would like to try it!

Thank you all one more time!

Best Regards
